The brace will adjust to the contour of your back, allowing the belt to be worn at different heights on your back.

Sizes:
When measuring size please measure around the area where you will put the back support belt (which is usually larger than size of pants/trousers), usually around the belly button (please REFER TO PRODUCT PICTURE SHOWING HOW TO MEASURE)

S: For belly circumference between 62-77cm (24.5-30.25″);
M: For belly circumference between 72-87cm (28.25-34.25″);
L: For belly circumference between 82-97cm (32.25-38″);
XL: For belly circumference between 92-107cm (36.25-42″);
XXL: For belly circumference between 102-117cm (40-46″);
XXXL: For belly circumference between 112-127cm (44-50″);
XXXXL: For belly circumference between 122-137cm (48-54″).
