Excellent This item is just right for the neck exercises I have to do. Others have complained about blowing it up, but I found that rapidly pumping (250 strokes) had it inflated in about three minutes. (I’m an octogenarian, so don’t think I lift weights, etc.) It’s a bit tricky to open the clever storage of the pump’s needle. (It’s not a flaw, it’s just a very tight fit; and I have arthritis.)
