Sturdy … but Industrial Great purchase. I may even purchase a 3-step. The Safety Step isn’t without its issues in a home environment, however.The good: It’s sturdy. Very sturdy. Wide, comfortable steps that are even fine barefoot. The tray at the top of the handle is handy to hold tools and bulbs or parts (or whatever).Less than optimal: This is really more of an industrial design, in my opinion.
