I wore this around the house, while using my stationary bicycle (it has a mode for that) and while doing some test walks with my dog and the results seemed accurate. Heart rate data seems like it will average out correctly- occasionally much lower than what I know my RHR typically is.The good: the charging method is pretty novel.
