Too wide for womenâs glute activation! These bands are too wide! It seems like theyâre designed to go just around your thighs, as they are too wide to fit snuggly around the calves. Stick with the Pro.V (20-60 lbs) Bands I purchased the Funda (10-40 lbs) bands, but I would definitely recommend getting the Pro.V (20-60 lbs) bands instead if youâre going to be using them on your legs. Iâm really out of shape, but still the 10 and 15 pound bands donât do anything and the 20 pound one also barely makes a difference in your workouts.
