BEST WORKOUT FLOORING PERFECT. I bought this because I live on the second floor of an apartment building so I have neighbors above and below me. I have a thick carpet with a carpet pad underneath it and I placed this interlocking set of rubber squares on top of that. Its amazingly absorbing all the shock from my crazy workouts. Perfect combination of Rubber and Foam I was looking for a way to protect the laminate flooring in my gym room (converted guest bedroom).
