Great and Light Ladder I was actually trying to buy a step stool for the kitchen and thought that this was small but it’s actually a full size ladder. It was so light at 14 pounds and can reach a ceiling height of 9 to 10 feet so I decided to keep it since it’s great to use around the house. I can store it in the laundry room behind the door and I can access it any time. It’s very convenient. The steps are big enough to be very stable. Extremely poor customer service Beware, Extremely poor customer service. I called Hailo Customer Service, 45 days after receiving the ladder because one steel support cable had a twist and kink in the cable. Customer Service asked that I send photos, which I did 6 different times. Finally, after contacting them 6 times, they said the cable kink/twist would not hurt anything. Now I’m stuck with a defective new ladder and a customer service department that just wants too ignore quality defects and customers. I asked for the…
