I would recommend having someone else with you to help put it … It took a little longer to put together than anticipated because I was unaware that some of the parts needed Silicone Lubricant, so I had to order that.The instructions were a little complicated but not too hard to follow, I would recommend having someone else with you to help put it together in the early stages of the build for stability, and for the pulley system due to multiple parts needing to be held to get things in place.I’ve been using it for about a month or so,…

I love it Ok so I’m 5ft and 120lb I bought this item for my husband who happen to be out of town when this was delivered. It took me 4 hrs to build the frame and complete 90 %of the pulley system………siggghhhhhhh ok thank God my husband and I woke up in the a.m and we decided to alter the top pulley insert which clearly doesn’t fit….for those of you stuck on that pulley #47 it doesn’t fit your not crazy its a defect I’m sure. This is what I did, I used metal shaver and pliers lol I held the machine…
