Good product. Needs better set up instructions. I got this exercise ball to use as a chair at my desk at work. Once I figured out how to get it properly inflated, it was great. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the instructions on how to properly inflate it werenât explanatory enough. You really need to make sure to inflate it 80% then let it sit for 24 hours. This is the first yoga ball chair I’ve had. I’m hoping it will grow on me both as a chair and as an exercise tool. So far, the most exercise I’ve had is inflating this. It comes with a hand pump with instructions that the ball will not fully inflate the first time.
