HARD PLASTIC, cheap looking, not funny, not safe Although it is shaped like a dumbbell, it’s pretty small and hard to tell that it’s not a regular rattle. In the picture, it looks like it’s two-toned color, grey and black, but it’s actually all black, which makes it even less interesting. The joke is lost since you can barely tell that it’s supposed to look like a dumbbell. And it looks cheaply made. My biggest issue with it though is that it’s HARD PLASTIC, meaning babies can hit and hurt themselves with it. I thought it would be soft like a…
