Usage & Safety Instructions for Assembly: The dumbbells rack stand comes un-assembled and requires the following step-by-step construction: Tools Needed: Allen Key & an adjustable wrench or spanner * To assemble the dumbbell stand, first unpack all components and locate the hardware. * There are two bottom shelves and one separator * Take the bottom shelves, align them parallel, place separator in the center and use 80mm galvanized screws to tighten this component section from both sides. * Once the base is secured, take the side panels, position them upwards/vertically paralleled onto the bottom shelf. * Now take the TOP on top of the assembly and bolt together 16mm screws. * Nuts go inside with flat heads flush on the upper surface. Leave bolts finger tight. The dumbbell rack should be placed on a flat, floor surface. If this is not possible, you will need to level the top of the rack for optimal performance. Tighten all the bolts to firm up the rack.

False advertising As you can see this item is actually the Cap brand dumbbell rack. Which is sold for 38$ by Amazon. This seller sells âFitness Alleyâ but it is obviously fraudulent advertising, and scam to charge more than double for the same item.In addition, the item came with Cap Strength instructions and their number to call with any issues. As you can see by the pictures.Furthermore, the nuts and bolts included do not fit the item properly.I do not reccomend this product. Save your money…
Adequately Holds the Typically Sized Dumbbells I gave this rack 5 stars because I did not see a better rack sold on Amazon, and this rack fulfills the need. It was relatively simple to assemble in about 45 minutes. The rack is sturdy and compact in size. I measured the maximum height of the rack at 26 and 3/8 inches which matches the dimensions shown on Amazon at 66 cm.
