This exercise ball is amazing! I got the 65 cm and it is perfect for ab workouts and is even a comfortable seat. The material is of good quality and it is very easy to put together. There is a guide for workouts that you can do with the ball and it is printed on a large paper so it is easy to see as you are working out.
