Escape Fitness Deck – Workout Bench and Fitness station
The Escape Deck 2.0 is a great workout all-rounder for the home or gym user. This portable training system can be used as an aerobic stepping platform, a plyometric platform and an adjustable strength training bench. Its versatility makes it a great choice for workouts at home, as with this single tool you can easily switch between multiple exercise styles. Create your own step, circuit and whole body routines with a tool that’s proved itself in BODYPUMP™, boot camps and Group X classes worldwide.
As a step platform, the Deck 2.0 can be set up at two different heights. The Low Step setting (20.5cm / 8 inches) is the optimal stepping height while minimizing loading of skeletal joints. Raise it to High Step (35.5cm / 14 inches) and you can up the challenge and get into plyometric exercises to develop strength and range of movement.
Flip up the adjustable back rest and the Deck turns from a step into a weight bench. Choose between 30°, 45° and 70° angles, with the back rest supported by strong steel tubing for extra strength and confidence.
In both Step and Bench modes, you can also go into an incline/decline Ramp setting for even more versatility. This combination of Step, Bench and Ramp brings you a total of 16 different configurations. And when you open up the back rest you’ll access a spacious storage compartment, ideal for storing training tools such as resistance tubes. The Deck 2.0 also features resistance tube channels, so you can easily integrate your favourite tube exercises into a Deck workout.

The Escape Deck 2.0 – perfect for step, weight training, circuits, BODYPUMP™, bootcamps and much more
The Escape Deck 2.0 is a multi-purpose, portable workout system that can be used as an aerobic stepping platform and as an adjustable strength training bench. With two different stepping heights, an incline/decline ‘Ramp’ mode and configuration as a weight bench, it can be set up in a total of 16 different ways.
Anti-slip top mat with anatomic targets
An anti-slip rubber top mat features a multi-textured design: extra grip to give you confidence during fast-paced step and plyometric workouts, and a less aggressive softer tread where you’re likely to place your hands for bodyweight moves. The surface also features intelligently designed target zones located an optimal distance apart, ensuring that users have their hands and feet in the right place for every repetition. Having targets to aim at also makes for a more varied, fun and challenging experience.
Resistance tube channels
Another feature of the Deck 2.0 is the addition of location channels for resistance tubes. Just pass your tube through the channel and your weight on the platform will give you a very secure connection. With this feature, you can mix up step, plyometric, strength and resistance tube exercises in a circuit-style workout.
Commercial-grade quality
The Deck 2.0 was originally designed for use in commercial gyms, so you can be totally confident in its build quality. Its sturdy structure, strong legs and steel backrest struts are coupled with a low centre of gravity to make it extremely stable. Just as impressive, the top mat is heat welded to the Deck, which is much more robust than simply gluing the components together.

I only use dumbbells, and this is perfect for this. I also have bands that I am going to incorporate back into my routine. If you look, you will see 4 round slots under the part of the bench that tilts up for the incline positions, and also one slot at the base of each green end (both sides) that are used to slide the bands through… very very nice. I also use…
Great bench, lots of uses! I’ve been doing the Kayla Itsines BBG work out and was improvising with my furniture to do all the bench moves. My friend recommended I buy this and I’m so glad I did! My workouts since have been so much more effective – I use this to do step ups, split squats, ab work, tricep dips, bench jumps and weights with dumbbells. It’s sturdy for all of these exercises and has a little storage bin where I can store my dumbbells. Though I recommend you don’t put them in until you’ve already folded it…
