Elliptical Assembly

Let me start off by saying the Amazon customer service follow up took care of us after this assembly was done.. the lady from Amazon was amazing , helpful and understanding.Now, I paid 89.98 for the assembly because it was being delivered to my grandparents. My grandparents both suffer and are disable due to lung disease . The tech for the assembly showed up and from the get go he was in a bad mood… he was very short with my grandmother and grandfather. His excuse for his attitude…

I’m not too sure if this is the problem or not. Our assembler used a power tool to tighten all of the screws on our workout machine when he assembled it, however…even on it’s lowest setting it is incredibly hard to peddle. I get that it gets the job done faster in his mind…or “your mind” as a company…but…just…no. Now I’m stuck with an expensive coat rack until I can find a friend to loosen our machine for us.It is possible it’s just a cheap machine too…these days…

I bought the Schwann 430 Elliptical Machine and paid for the installation as I had no one to help me assemble it. I bought it in August 2016 and it was delivered and installed as promised. It was very quiet the first month with minimal wear as I wasn’t home a lot because I had to travel for work. I moved it a couple of inches back and forth for vacuuming purposes and then notices that the squeaking was now very strong. I’m not sure who to contact to get this looked at and back to the silent…
