Our ladder contains 12 heavy-duty plastic rungs that are 17” wide, and 15″ space between rungs to have the optimal length. Also included is a carry bag and metal hooks, to hook the ladder in place on grass. Our nylon has pockets sewn in to keep the rungs in place and prevent tangling.
• BEST DESIGN : Most ladders are “adjustable” but that just means you have to set each rung every time you use it and you have to reset the rungs every time the ladder gets hit. Our rungs are sewn in place to create perfect spacing while also preventing slipping, moving, and tangling. This reduces setup and fixing time to increase time spent training.
