I highly recommend this. It is just what I wanted I highly recommend this. It is just what I wanted. It has beautiful illustrations and the exercises are categorized by “upper body” , “lower body”, etc. I have it on my wall right next to my rebounder mini-trampoline in my kluged together “gym” in our storage room.
