Saving precious time. I just received my dumbbells today 2/2/18. They arrived in 4 days as opposed to the 6-7 day estimation. They were very easy to âassembleâ. Sliding the weight plates into the base (they stack and connect by sliding one into another) and then the handle. After that you are ready to roll. Can it be true? I received the Adjustable (Twistlock) Dumbbell Weight Set and Stand from Core Strength about 5 days ahead of estimated delivery. I was working the Body Beast program using Powerblock Elites. They are great adjustable dumbbells but when my muscles are close to fade, I just couldn’t change weights fast enough to keep up with the program and I would miss the very short rest and hydrate periods. Must Buy!!! I absolutely LOVE these dumbbells, the coating has not faded/chipped yet. The engineering is ingenious. There is a protruding center bar from the 5 lb handle that adjusts out to “grab” each of the plates utilizing center plate holes, thereby keeping the length of these dumbbells short compared to most models out there that give the appearance of lifting go-cart axels. Changing weights is so fast!!! Yeah, the dumbbells stick in the case a little when trying to pull out, but who cares…
