Loving this Program I am currently a little over half way through my 90 day program. I will preface with saying I really enjoy work out dvd’s. I own several though have sort of stuck to Jillian Micheals, Bob Harper, and those from the Biggest Looser. I wanted something that was a program that would mix it up and thought of a 90 day program. I’m so happy I bought it! I was hesitant getting this one since there was only one review, but I’m so happy I bought it! I also just finished my first week, and can’t wait to continue. Monique is engaging, motivating, and really good about telling you what is coming up and what equipment is needed. I like how this is based on whatever you can do within the time period, there is not a set amount of reps you have to do. I also don’t feel pressured to keep up with everyone like other programs.
