Impressively good workout videos I was surprised at how much I liked these. They have a good variety of workouts (targeting different areas, cardio, HIIT, strength training), and I appreciated the different lengths of workout – shorter ones on the days I didn’t quite get up early enough. All the instructors are not annoying and make it easy to understand the moves. I tried to do things how they did them to challenge myself but they showed simpler ways to do them, which I appreciated.
