Wear a helmet! I have a set of these that range from 5 to 80 lbs in my home gym. They are great for the money but I have 2 complaints. The first is that the paint chips off and falls in my eyes when pressing above my head. The second is that the welds that hold the ends onto the center bar are poorly done.
