CAP is the best; love these red 12 lb. weights! CAP makes the best neoprene dumbbells. And I was so excited to find something over 9 lbs. in a nice color! I have no idea what I’ll do once I graduate to 15 lb. weights, since they’re all grey and black, but right now I’ll revel in my awesome, red 12 lb. weights.
