Excellent Dumbells.. Well, after some research got these on amazon.com. The quality of the CAP dumbells is very nice. They are baked enamel coated for a smooth finish. I am not sure what others are complaining about. I used to workout at Golds and other gyms, and these are just fine.The rack however is a pain to put together. The quality is fine, but the screws and hole opening is very awkward and not sure about others, but the package of screws and handwrench they provided was smoothered with grease…
