Good for kids or beginners My girls have been doing a workout video with me for fun (it kicks my butt, but it’s like a game to them and they aren’t even tired at the end), and they wanted some dumbbells like I have. I found these cute, cheap little 1lb weights and got two for each of them. They are sold individually and not as a set, so make sure you get the right number!
