Easy set up, works great for toning and light strengthing. Easy to set up, this is a great machine for toning and strengthening muscle groups. I bought this to help my lower back and it is great for this. It is not for a serious body builder as the weight does not go high enough but for most who want to get in better condition at home it works quite well. I was a little skeptical at first but I read the reviews, and gave it s a shot Am amazed by the burn and the results. And the range of exercises is way more than I thought.
