happy customer I spoke with the company rep before buying this product and they told me to buy this ball instead of the one that was $10 more expensive because this one has thicker plastic so it’s sturdier and therefore less likely to break. It took about 15-20 minutes to inflate it for this reason and the pump works easily so long as you place the soft, yellow side down and the hard, blue side up (opposite of photo). Great Product, Performs as Promised, No Odor! Great product, sturdy, the pump works well and there’s no smell! I got the largest size and was concerned about the smell of burnt rubber which I have experienced with other large items made of vinyl/rubber. No smell at all! It was easy to inflate and to adjust the inflation after a few days of use (I always recommend putting a small coating of petroleum jelly when using plastic/vinyl plugs). Not advertised is the fact that two plugs are supplied! Delivery was exactly as promised…
