I was getting bored with my treadmill but my schedule doesn’t fit with the gym classes and I’m not a cross fitter (I hate squats and burpies). Nice for the price So far this is kicking my butt. I got this stepper because I wanted to have some alternative cardio workout options in my routine, and I have to say it works pretty well. The assembly took about an hour and was not overly complicated, but the instructions are a little vague at times. It does not take up too much space and proves to be a good workout. For someone regularly does 30 minutes or more on the elliptical, on my first attempt I was able to do about 8 minutes for the climber…
