I was getting bored with my treadmill but my schedule doesn’t fit with the gym classes and I’m not a cross fitter (I hate squats and burpies). The assembly took about an hour and was not overly complicated, but the instructions are a little vague at times. It does not take up too much space and proves to be a good workout.
