NOT: Light, Medium & Heavy! I have to agree with the review written by Giles Duesdieker. These bands, although EXCELLENT QUALITY, are somewhat mislabeled. On the actual P90X website, this package is called the “Resistance Bands (Women)” set. If you are male, you will probably not need this set.
