Not as what I expected I got this one because I needed a yoga mat. It’s not my first mat and I got this one simply because I read so many great reviews about the product. Starting falling apart the first time I used it. I bought this mat to use for my workouts at home and to replace the yoga mat I’ve had for 5 years that was starting to come apart. I used it one time and after a 30 minute core workout, a few twists and turns, and some standard downward dogs – the mat was literally falling apart.
