Wonderful & Convenient- this adjustable dumbbell set is great for me & my husband! The time has come to start working out. This dumbbell set is great. It goes from 2.5 kg up to 25 kg in 2.5 kg weight increments. It probably looks nicer incrementally to have them be kilograms rather than pounds, so I have accepted it. The directions are easy to follow. The button to change the setting is easy enough to push, but for safety, you need to push the button at the same time as rotating a dial. So so The shipping was good. The weights are covered in a white powder that you can see in the pictures so I had to wash them before use. I find them awkward to use compared to solid weights. The way you adjust them sometimes doesnât connect and you canât pull out the desired weight (you gave so jiggle it until it licks locks in place).
