Great, quiet exercise machine! his elliptical is just as good as the one I use at the gym. It has different modes and you can set the timer to do a workout for as long as you’d like. So, if you’re in a easy, tough, easy, tough workout, it will shorten or lengthen the full workout accordingly. It is very quiet. My husband can watch TV in the same room while I’m working out and not have to turn the TV up at all. I’ve only been using it for a week, but can feel my body getting stronger and I’m feeling better physically as well…
Pretty Good Product I took about 3 hours to assemble. The only problem was the two sets of wave washers are mislabeled. The washers identified a fitting the arm assemble actually fit the pedal, the pedal washers go on the arm. Other than that assembly was not difficult. There is nothing included that explains how to use the preset workout routines but a quick Google search provided a website that had directions I could print out. I will definitely get a good workout on this machine! It is very quiet-if you want to…
