Good machine- bad customer service
GARBAGE After a few hiccups due to the lack of knowledge of a couple of AFG technical support reps I finally got a hold of a third rep who knew his stuff and immediately identified the problem which was actually very minor and easy to fix. With that out of the way, we are greatly enjoying this machine and look forward to the workouts. It is completely silent, very smooth, and easy to use. A sturdy, quality piece of exercise equipment! I live in a brooklyn townhouse, so when it first arrived, we had to be creative as to how to get it up the front stoop stairs. This is a very heavy piece of equipment. That’s not a criticism because that told me it was heavy duty and sturdy…which it most definitely IS. The delivery guy got my permission to open the box on in my front yard. After which, he helpe me bring the pieces up from the box individually. All the pieces were there.
