So far, I’ve only used the first level, on carpet, and it works as it should. I can’t speak to its reliability on non-carpeted floor though, and I haven’t yet used the risers…I’m not there yet. Be careful though if you’ve never used a step to do floor exercises like tricep dips, burpees, or planks. Your palms may bruise like mine did as they get used to the friction and pressure.
