Beginner balls Definitely a kegel ball for beginners. If you’ve practice before, the small weights aren’t a whole lot of use. The second weights are the most effective for those with practice. The massager one didn’t really help me much and the vibration is a little loud. It does have a good variety of vibrating patterns and would be perfect for some playing around with a partner.
