Excellent fine finish, pulls 1200 and finer out no problem This will probably pull 800 grade scratches out with an extra pass or 2. I found 1500 to be no problem. I also found for touch up or maintenance application 900-1200 rpm to be fine and very controllable and forgiving. For harder situations you will need 1200-2000 rpm just like it recommends and it will pull everything out very well. Swirl marks GONE !!! in just 2 passes , very easy. You could stop with this step and just wax or stand alone. Worth every penny and it is THE BEST I’ve ever used…
Works great – very mild and just enough cutting action but no swirls left behind with their pad. Works well with the 3M convoluted waffle pads. This cuts very slow and leaves little to no swirls to remove. It does dry aggressively and is hard to remove when dry. The simple solution is to use a wet microfiber to wipe down any dried on product. This is a polish – not a wax, glaze, etc so complete removal is expected.
